Task

Your task in this lesson is to make a list of all the foods you ate during the course of the day, determine which foods are unhealthy and replace it with foods that are healthy. This has to be done for a week and it has to be recorded. The goal of this task is to allow students to think critically in order to create their own healthy diet.
